       where <arch-list>, <toolset-list>, <config-list>, <module-list> and     
       <docset-list> are a comma separated non-empty list of words without     
       whitespace.                                                             
       Supported values of <arch-list> are w32 and l32.                        
       Supported values of <toolset-list> are vc60, vc71, vc80, vc90, cygwin,  
       cygming, libc23 and libc24.                                             
       Supported values of <config-list> are ReleaseMtDll, ReleaseMt,          
       ReleaseMtStaticRt, DebugMtDll, DebugMt and DebugMtStaticRt.             
       The values of <module-list> and <docset-list> are defined by the        
       package to be built. Typical values for <docset-list> are user and devl.
